1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Zoooo: Paw & Link Puzzle (the “Game”), provided by Adisoft Gaming Co., Ltd.. By downloading, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms and the applicable platform rules.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You may use the Game only where permitted by applicable law and platform rules. The Game may support guest play, account linking, or third-party sign-in methods.
If you use account features, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for providing accurate information where required.
3. Personal, non-commercial use
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.
4. Game progression, virtual currency, and items
The Game may provide virtual currency, food, hints, skins, rewards, collectibles, or other digital content. These items are licensed for use only inside the Game.
Virtual currency and virtual items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for real-world money except where required by law.
We may rebalance rewards, progression, virtual items, costs, or other gameplay systems as part of maintaining and updating the Game, subject to applicable law.
5. Rewarded advertisements
The Game may offer optional rewarded advertisements. The advertised in-game reward is provided only after the relevant rewarded-ad flow is successfully completed.
Ad availability may vary based on device, region, network conditions, age treatment, consent settings, platform requirements, and advertising inventory.
6. In-app purchases
In-app purchases, when enabled, are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized store. The applicable store controls billing, payment authorization, purchase restoration, cancellation, and refunds.
We do not receive your full payment-card details.
7. Updates and service availability
We may update, rebalance, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue Game features or services. Online functionality may require network access, compatible software, backend services, platform services, or third-party providers.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized tools to gain an unfair advantage;
- interfere with the Game, servers, security, or other users;
- bypass access controls or technological protections;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- sell, distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit unauthorized copies of the Game or its content;
- use the Game for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
9. Intellectual property
The Game and its software, characters, artwork, music, text, designs, trademarks, and other content are owned by or licensed to Adisoft Gaming Co., Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Game or its content to you.
10. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Game, our services, or our rights, or where these Terms or applicable law are materially violated.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer-protection rights.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Game is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data may be processed.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Game, applicable law, platform rules, or our services. We will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where required.
